Won't login just blank white screen

Doesn't remember username or pass. I wouldn't mind a fingerprint login but this is silly for a phone that already has encryption.
Easy to use
Took $10.00 from my bank and I did NOT authorize, or use the app paying a bill. I would like it returned ASAP. THANK YOU JN
So you make me to sign up for paperless billing then, because i have an android os phone, say I can't view my bill? How does that make sense exactly?
